Project Coordinator

• Collaborated closely with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors to plan and execute a certain project that consisted of 15 residential buildings and four swimming pools with landscape works in between. • Developed of a detailed project plan on primavera to track progress. • Establishment of realistic project timelines, and preparation, distribution, and management of detailed project aspects via the work breakdown structure. • Ensured resource availability and allocation. • Ensured the quality is up to the required standard. • Prepared daily reports to be submitted to the consultant (ACE Project Management). • Tracked and communicated project status, risks, and emergent issues that is readily accessible and current. • Developed a fast tracking/crashing plan to reduce the remaining duration to meet the deadlines. • Applied all the variation orders as being asked by the clients.

Site Engineer

• Inspection of all activities before receiving the works from the Contractor (REDCON) and the Consultant (ECG). • Preparing daily reports for the progress of works on site. • Responsible for coordination and approval of the works for Neighborhood 07 Extension which consists of six buildings that contain 168 apartments. • Monitored a team of 400+ personnel during construction activities to make sure the quality is up to the required standard and relevant to the time scale of the project. • Coordination between the Infrastructure, Super structure and the Landscape works. • Making sure that all the materials submitted by the Contractor are approved by the Consultant before the execution of works on site. • Making sure that all the Shop Drawings and the Method Statements submitted by the Contractor are approved by the Consultant. • Apply all the variation orders as being asked by the technical office.
