• HR Policy & Procedures: Develop, maintain and uphold corporate HR policies, procedures in order to achieve the business goals and ensure organizational growth. Ensure that all policies and manuals are up to date and available to employees and update the policies based on gaining insight into employee experiences.
• Employee Relations: Address employee relations improvement to enhance the morale and loyalty of the employees. Resolve sensitive employee complaints and enquiries.
