Social Insurance outsourcing

Social Insurance Law 79 of 1975 covers Egyptian employees as well as foreign employees whose countries have treaties with Egypt for reciprocal social insurance treatment.

Employers are required to withhold the employees’ social insurance contributions from their salaries and to remit them together with the employer’s contributions to the Social Insurance Organization on a monthly basis. The salaries and related benefits or emoluments are divided, for social insurance purposes, into a basic salary and variable elements.

MBS is fully responsible for their outsourced employees’ social insurance and any other governmental and legal requirements related to this. Roots also offers outsourcing service for employees listed in client’s internal payroll.

We will be responsible for all the processing of Form 1 and Form 6 as well as form 111. All related issues with social insurance department such as legal cases or other issues required by the employees or our client will be solved through our experts who are dealing on daily basis with those kind of requests and requirements
